Chapter 3

Harry went online a bit uneasy. Though she had no proof at all, she was convinced her predecessor had been killed, because he knew too much or at least had been pretty close to it. She began to wonder who else would know about her assignment by now.

But virtual life was back to normal, so she went on searching books. During the day she spend more time chatting than usual. She even made friends and joined some clubs. The more she was talking to her new friends, the more relaxed she became. She realized even the traitor would know she was tracking him, he wouldn't know the name of her avatar, because she had told nobody in the agency. Hunter and hunted were even on neutral ground.

Completely impressed by Egypt Harry soon found out that objects could not be dropped there. She started to like the idea of non-dropping zones around historical buildings, especially in real life. In a good mood she move on to Tyr.

This dark island gave her the creeps. She had a hard time finding her ways. A lot of places just looked alike. A whole day passed by until she had checked all these hidden rooms in the bridges for secret books. No success.

Back in the center of Tyr she had a closer look on the big tower. Someone had recommended the crystal on top as the perfect secret room. She took out her hoverpack and got up there only to find this secret room crowded with people and books. Obviously the crystal on the Tyr Tower was a must on every guided or unguided tour. The books didn't show anything interesting.

The next logical step was getting inside the big tower. Harry used the usual trick with the hoverpack. She noticed later she could have simply clicked on the doors. Once inside she was surprised the tower was even darker than the surroundings. In the dim light, she couldn’t find any books.

Harry left the tower and went for the green screen nearby. In a cave on the left side she found a book …
